Vaginas Libres is a guide to practice free bleeding. A practical guide to connect physically, mentally and spiritually with your menstruation through exercises, activities and menstrual challenges. So that you understand how your body works on the days you menstruate. For you to experience your cyclicity, both feminine and lunar. For you to choose what you want and don't want to use during bleeding. And for you to achieve total physical autonomy.
The guide consists of ten challenges. In addition in each month you will find illustrations done by @amerie_pop that you can take out of the book and place wherever you want.
The free bleeding movement refers to the fact of letting the blood flow without putting any type of barrier on it. This practice has allowed, as a form of menstrual activism, to make menstruation visible and thus question the way in which it is treated in our society.
The result is a feminist, independent, optimistic brand, with a great inner strength that encourages women to take their leading role in the relationship with themselves. The conception of the branding work starts with the positioning strategy, unfolding in name, tone of voice, visual identity, and extending in touchpoints that verbally and visually materialize the purpose of the brand.
