Progressive and Transformable
The purpose of this excercise is to practice subtle transitions and transformations between several figures: the image of a woman blossoming from a plant, the speed of a coursing river, the strength of the legs in a hanstanding position.
In dancing, one learns to give intention to every single part of the body as it flows through the choreography. Taking advantage of this, I used the movement in the arabesque position to create a bridge, and the fantastic flexibility of a gymnast's legs which turn into a fish's tail.
