Uptown Mirdif is one of commercial centers with a touch of humanity in Dubai. A sort of small town souk appeal, not quite as glamorous as the rest of the malls in the Emirate. Every now and then Uptown Mirdif holds a small fairground affair for the neigborhood folk enjoy. Simple fairground-ish entertainment for the family to enjoy. No killer rides nor glitz. A basic mini bump car affair, oversized spinning cups of coffee merry go round even large sunflowers with mini baskets for little kids to sit in. i love the warmth in the air.
