Websites are getting too serious. For Coke.com, our goal was to adapt Coca-Cola's
broad 'Open Happiness' mantra for their most visited domain – without it feeling bloated.

So what is 'happiness'? A key human insight (40% of our happiness baseline is behavioral based,
aside from genetic and circumstantial) led to a more focused idea:

MAKE HAPPY.

In other words, however you interact with Coke.com, you'll make yourself smile.
The site and mobile experience – a series of unexpected, happy moments, or 'sips' – feels like
drinking a glass of Coke: simple, fluid and fun.
