Creating a new set for the last test of cerebral fitness to be seen on Croatian television provided an occasion for designing a cool and raw, "brain sweating" environment. The size of the studio prompted several optical illusions and tricks in order to make the space look bigger than it really was.

 

 

 

 

Redesigning a popular, populist and vulgarly commercial television programme was an opportunity to create a pretty campy set.

 

 

 

 

The sharp(pyscho)analytic approach the hostess used with her guests before a live studio/theatre audience inspired a somewhat campy, organic and movable set, which underwent several rearrangements.

 

 

 

 

The commission extended to a complete redesign of the national television network's central news programme. The small studio set was just one segment of the project, which also included a detailed scenario, music, animations, lighting etc. The key image idea was that of a fast flow of globally bona fide information.
