Maximisation of the territory's potential in order to increase productivity and public use through the cultivation of ‘green’ products for sale and supply, and the creation of a social (pedestrian) friendly environment.


Implications of site strategy for building proposal:
Further differentiation between east and west.
West side to be the productive area where products are grown
East side to be the display and leisure area where products are used

Initial recovery of  territory through treatments
Enlargement process of the river through digging and construction of digs
Building of greenhouses

Development of irrigation system
Construction of connections over the enlarged river on the west side
Recovery of buildings in disuse on the east-side

Planting of greenery - flowers and vegetables
Development of leisure areas on the west and east side

Pavement improvements and creation of paths to connect with bridges
Insertion of landings and picnic areas on the river of the east side
