COSTERO is a premium hotel in hot Tenerife located right by the ocean.
Translating from Spanish, the name means "coastal". Despite the fact that letters with diactiritcs are often used in Spanish, this word did not originally have one. The stress mark is deliberately placed to emphasize the pronunciation of the name of the hotel since most of its visitors are tourists.
The logo is very minimalistic as well as the interior of the hotel. A neat font was chosen to convey its status and elegance. All the lines are smooth and rounded like pebbles and shells smoothed by sea waves.
The different thickness of the letters and the waviness of S and R makes the logo more lively, because the hotel is located on a green island and surrounded by nature, where the are almost no sharp lines.
The descriptor is written in a grotesque thin font so as not to disctract attention from the name of the hotel and to give lightness to the whole picture.

COSTERO — отель премиум-класса на жарком Тенерифе, расположенный прямо на берегу океана.
В переводе с испанского название отеля означает «прибрежный». Несмотря на то, что в испанском языке часто используются буквы с диакритическими знаками, изначально у этого слова их не было. Знак ударения был поставлен намеренно, чтобы подчеркнуть правильное произношение, так как большинство его посетителей отеля — туристы.
Логотип сделан в минималистичном стиле, как и интерьер отеля. Был выбран аккуратный шрифт, чтобы передать статус и элегантность. Все линии плавные и округлые, как камешки и ракушки, сглаженные морскими волнами.
Разная толщина и волнистость букв S и R делает логотип более живым, ведь отель расположен на зеленом острове в окружении природы, где почти нет резких линий.
Дескриптор написан гротескным тонким шрифтом, чтобы не отвлекать внимание от названия отеля и придать легкость всей композиции.
