Project is a result of my semester project with JEMS Architects on Warsaw University of Technology. Site is located in Piękna street in Warsaw. Designed biuliding is multifunctional: offices, shops and small apartments. The main idea of the project was change courtyard behind buldings into more public space. Now the green area is hidden from the street and only few people can go inside.
I splited one big builiding into three smallers to create some visual openings. Entrance halls to offices and main attractions of the building are located in the internal courtyard. This the center of the project and a place where people can gather together and spend their time not next to street.
