Residential developments always become intriguing projects because, in the end, they often sell similar experiences, so the concept must stand on its own. However, with Zayanna, this wasn't the case, as its value proposition is quite distinct. It's based on a lifestyle, well-being, and respect for nature. This is why we were able to use the concept of the triad of sky, land, and water to build this brand.
