Animated Carousel Gig Optimized for Social Media
• Only the script, which is about social media, was supplied by the company
• Each scene was planned as storyboard on paper first to make for a carousel that best expresses the script
• The style frames were designed with animation in mind while matching the company identity, color scheme and style
• Each scene was animated in 5 seconds long seamless loops
• I have supplied some technical notes in the end of the project
- The main text blocks were not animated for legibility
- Grains were introduced into the gradient scenes to counteract the banding which occurs in darker areas due to compression, the Google scene was an exception due to it including only bright colors
- In each gradient slide the company logo outline is utilized along with its brand colors (or two shades of the color) and subtly animated in a seamless loop
- Scene 2 with the mobile phone was edited and time remapped to make it also be as seamless as possible
- The first and second scenes have a continuous feeling due to the static Instagram icon
