Irrelevant concatenation and ‘fun’

设计从力学中汲取灵感,以“牛顿”与“月亮”为主题,以寻找新的视角为契机,开拓了引力和月亮共存的可能性。通过探讨物质与精神世界的关系,强调人与物质之间的情感共鸣。
The idea of unknown and freedom is the concept of creation, which is the thread through the project in different time lines, targeted at different people, and a perpetual clue in different places. The decentralized free moving line is the construction method of the space.

牛顿力摆作为经典物理学动能装置被符号化的放大为巨型空间实验性装置。24颗等质金属球象征月相阴晴变化轮回。该装置将高频提升空间互动性,形成强烈空间记忆点,高空悬吊装置将用户空间体验从单平层空间延展至25中空,亦将用户想象抛向无垠。
As a kinetic energy device of classical physics, Newton's force pendulum is symbolized and enlarged into a giant space experimental device. The 24 isometric metal spheres represent the cycle of changes in moon phases. The device enhances the spatial interaction of high frequency and forms a strong spatial memory point. The high-altitude suspension device extends the user's space experience from a single-level space to 25 hollow spaces, and also throws the user's imagination to the infinite space.

被放弃的材料
Discarded material

空间往往本身是最具有矛盾性的事物,材料性的放弃可以理解为纯粹地将空间构筑为对每个人有触觉存在感的事物。在宏观的空间建构中,材质色彩的商业性与材料功能的可维护性是首要的判断标准。因此,水磨石作为通用性/工业程度极强的材料被视为唯一的主材,用于空间的同质化处理,满足持续调整及变化需求,以便适应多种不可预知的情况。
Space itself is often the most contradictory thing. The abandonment of material can be understood as purely constructing space into something that has a sense of tactile presence for everyone. In the macroscopic spatial construction, the commercial nature of material colors and the maintainability of material functions are the primary criteria for judging. Therefore, terrazzo, as a highly versatile or industrial material, is regarded as the only main material, used for the homogenization of space, to meet the continuous adjustment and change needs, in order to adapt to a variety of unpredictable conditions.

The main styles of space furniture come from the high-end products of A&V. The designer integrates the curiosity and characteristic elements of materials into the furniture so as to provide a variety of interesting and practical design products.
桉和韦森的高定线产品——“多足虫”系列长桌,以‘拙感’焕发出生命力。从安全性的角度考量,弧边设计减缓参访者碰撞的风险,多足虫腿部结构采用不同模数的灵活组合,带来多样性与灵活性。
A&V’s high-end product, long table of the "Polypod" series, radiates vitality with a sense of ‘clumsiness’. From the perspective of safety, the arc-edge design reduces the risk of collisions among visitors. The flexible combination of different modules is adopted in the leg structure of polypod, bringing diversity and flexibility
造型为‘金箍棒’的桉和韦森的高定线的灯具,以线条感符号特征穿插在空间中,进行不同几何模式的“置换”。
A&V's high end lamps, shaped as "Golden Cudgel", are interspersed in the space with the feature of line sense and symbol to carry out the "replacement" of different geometric patterns.
空间选用桉和韦森的高定线产品的6度黑色椅子,由实木版制成,满足简约且高效制作的结构。
The space selects the 6-degree black chair of A&V's high-end products, which is made of solid wood, to meet the simple and efficient production structure.
去中心化及空间流动性
Decentralization and spatial fluidity

设计师对本案的设计策略采用随机性,去中心化的概念形态呈现。未知与自由是核心创作观念,它基于不同的时间线,针对不同人群,成为不同场所的贯穿线索,同时提高空间容积率及丰富不同面向的空间层次。
Designer Yu Lin adopted conceptual form of randomness and decentralization as the design strategy in this case. Unknown and freedom are the core creative concepts, which are based on different time lines and target at different groups of people. They become clues for different places, while increasing the plot ratio and enriching the spatial levels of different aspects.

球体与圆形作为被强化的唯一形式符号贯穿于空间,家具,装置及商业题材的建构。圆形柱体消化了原建筑相对僵化的结构柱体,通过随机布局形成空间功能的自由动线,开放式布局结合球体落位组织出空间活动聚落的标的点。无边框幕墙玻璃消解的空间外立面/边界令内部动线的随机性彻底释放,并获得视野上的自由感。
The sphere and circle are the only forms that are strengthened throughout the construction of spaces, furniture, installations and commercial themes. The circular cylinder digests the relatively rigid structure of the original building, and forms the free moving line of the space function through random layout. The open layout combines the positioning of the sphere to organize the target point of the spatial activity settlement. The facade or boundary of the space with the borderless glass completely releases the randomness of the internal moving line and gains a sense of freedom in the field of vision.

以整体的连续与局部的不连续结合,令参访者可以任意想象空间定式,不局限于固定式的内外空间,探索空间的布局及其分类的不稳定边界,构筑不同的流动性空间。
With the combination of overall continuity and partial discontinuity, visitors can imagine the spatial format arbitrarily without limiting to fixed internal and external spaces. It explores the layout of space as well as the unstable boundaries of classification and constructs different fluid spaces.

通过基本几何元素的构筑,元素间的结合将机能隐藏镶嵌于其中。天花选用镀铬镜材质,并为空间带来进深度且将空间的完整度延续。黑色的金属作为空间的氛围点缀,旨在营造更简约便捷化的日常生活。
Through the construction of basic geometric elements, the combination of elements hides the function embedded in it. The ceiling is made of chrome-plated mirror material, which brings depth and integrity to the space. Black metal is interspersed as the atmosphere of the space, aiming to create a simpler and more convenient daily life.
