MOB Grip - Clearly The Grippiest
A lot of the projects that I've done for these skate companies are typically live action to CG deep dives. The hardest part of the dive is matching the live action footage to seam up to the CG animation without there being a noticible jump. The more specific challenge with this project, that no one would know, is that we needed to show off the Clear grip and the skater was skating with a black deck. In the CG portion of the dive notice the change in grip color from black to clear.

The storyboards were cool. Some artist at MOB sketched these up. It was a pretty straight forward project and we've done these dive shots into products for MOB before so we didn't need much, but wanted to share.
