This is an example of a micro-learning video to instruct contact center agents how to quickly identify and find the right knowledge base (iKnow) article for their line of business and business unit.  iKnow How to Read Documents was created in Camtasia.  

I started from an outline of content written by a subject matter expert, and then scripted, recorded audio, and built the video.  If I were to make this video again, I would remove the background music throughout and only add it during the introduction and closing.
