The Sonos Specialist is a reward and incentive scheme designed specifically to inspire staff of Sonos stores by rewarding excellence in areas such as quality of service, product knowledge and dedication to the brand.
Staff were to be enrolled into the new scheme using an internal system that offered sales performance statistics, training modules and brand heritage information. As staff performed well, or spent time training, they were rewarded with credits that could be redeemed at Sonos stores.
Briefed to introduce the scheme to employees through reward packs whilst upholding core brand values and working to a budget, the final solution represented 3 of the brands core values:
Premium | The final solution reflects the premium quality consumer experience associated with Sonos through using the patented packaging solution Burgopak along with carefully selected high grade materials and finishes.
Simplicity | The design displayed all information and supporting material clearly and invites the recipient to interact in a way that is intuitive and rewarding.
Audio | Industry standard sound insulating foam is introduced at the forefront of the design, reinforcing the the heritage associated with Sonos for premium audio products.
