Don't you love it when you pitch a risky design concept and it actually gets accepted? This is one of those times and I'm still in shock at how well it worked out.

The project was to create a folded brochure for an upcoming conference to be shared at a local conference for journalists. Because the audience was so unique—all representing a specific niche—I thought we could be creative with our ad as well.

It felt great to see people stop by the booth just to pick up the brochure.

Of course, the final page was designed to look like an ad and invitation to attend.
