Hendrick's has been one of the biggest success stories in the new school gin movement since it launched in 1999. This gin is unique in its use of cucumber and rose as the main botanicals. The master distiller Lesley Gracie says its palate is a "sea bottle in a gin" with coastal herbs, ocean botanicals and a citrus finish.
