My main idea was to create a helmet with spikes on the outside; inside there would be a lot of heart-shaped notes with words on them that would fall out of the holes when the head shakes. I think this symbolizes that shy people are used to using silence and avoidance as a means of self-protection; in fact, they have a lot of emotions inside that they want to express, but are afraid to say because of their inner fears and worries. I will use plastic buckets, rivets, heart-shaped paper strips and markers to complete my work.
