There are 3 main access points from the road to site, a bridge is proposed to connect the road and different communities
Handicapped Users Can Enter from Either Sides and Go Up the Green Roof
When base flood level rises above +1.5m, the artificial hill acts as a barrier and the community can seek refuge from either side of the town
