I made this infographic as part of my promotion portfolio for The Teaching Research Institute in 2013.  As a web developer in an agency comprised mostly of early childhood specialists, disability specialists, researchers, and statisticians, I needed to find a way to convery my skillset and contributions to a promotion review team that really didn't know what my job is. 

So I created my first infographic to help communicate my value to the agency.  I think it worked ... I got the promotion!
