This canvas is a copy of "Cri n0" made in 1989 which was a paper on paper collage from a bad nightmare where a man wakes up in a liquid medium. What is he doing there? He realizes that it is not water but blood! An ocean of blood! So he screams...cie...yells...yells in rage, in fury, in despair at the world. This nightmare haunted me for many years of my youth, waking up unable to breathe! In 2017 I wanted to re-exploit this theme and share it again with the world.
