About
Brand identity for a new mixed-use high-rise in the re-developed Slabtown neighborhood of NW Portland. The building gets its name from local visionary, L.L. Hawkins, who laid the foundation for nearby Forest Park. Designed to balance the natural history of the area with the modernness of the new building, the identity and monogram utilize a subtle shift between serif and sans-serif typography and a Forest Park inspired color palette.
