Blohm & Voss BV 222 Wiking – The German Sky Ship

After the start of World War II, the Germans developed the enormous BV 222 Wiking, a six-engine seaplane. It was a moderately successful aircraft and four years later the even larger BV 238 was developed from it. It was used as an air ambulance, for passenger flights, and as cargo transport.
