Creation of multimedia support to fit with a museum display.
Nowadays, CD and DVD and other recording medium, are vanishing . They give up place to invisible computer files. Music exists mainly through the untouchable and so handling, and affective links to the support itself are gone. Without any advices about technical informations, the Viny’lab’s aim is to value the object in emotional and sensory way.

When the user first put the vynil on a post, he’s helped on how to use the Viny’lab.

 

The rosette is the graphic transcription/representation of the vinyl on the screen.

Every interaction on the post has an effect on each move of the rosette.

 

 

Profil and on-going song are shown on the upper right hand side of the screen.

Each interaction is at the same place from post to post to keep on beeing intuitive.
It has a note explaining what action to do.

 

 

At the entrance of the lab, all vinyl sleeves are the same in order not to make a visual choice.

Then at the end, the user can make his own vinyl sleeve.
