CAT.

És un projecte infogràfic on estudiem la carta de cinc restaurants catalans, que destaquen per la seva creativitat, gust i qualitat. S'ha aprofitat el valor nutricional dels aliments per conèixer les tendències que els fan particulars. Revelant els quatre ingredients més utilitzats, vam improvisar un plat.

Com llegir el gràfic:

Desglossem els plats ingredient per ingredient i els col·loquem en un quadre de quatre eixos, un per a cada grup d'aliments:

Verdures i fruites

Lactis ous i derivats

Carn i peix

Cereals, llegums i sucre

La disposició d'aquests dins de cada grup es defineix pel seu nombre de calories (eix vertical), i per ordre alfabètic. (eix horitzontal). Finalment, combinem els ingredients recepta per recepta.

It is an infographic project where we study the menu of five Catalan restaurants, which stand out for their creativity, taste and quality. The nutritional value of the food has been used to find out trends, which make them particular. Revealing the four most commonly used ingredients, we improvised a dish.

How to read the chart:

We break down the dishes ingredient by ingredient and place them on a four-axis chart, one for each food group:

Vegetables and fruits

Dairy products eggs and derivatives

Meat and fish

Cereals, legumes and sugar

The arrangement of these within each group is defined by their number of calories (vertical axis), and in alphabetical order. (horizontal axis). Finally, we combine the ingredients recipe by recipe.
