Tracing my steps back to my childhood days I had always had an eye for designs following my unending love for cartoons and toon movies. Though I had always had a bit of an art side in me which made me able to draw most of my Fine-Arts and other Sciences subject related images by myself back then in my early school days.

After a successful completion of a diploma course in marine engineering which took me 3 years precisely 2009-2011, I was supposed to go for my sea term as it is mandatory for my 1 year industrial Training program.  Sequel to my search for a placement which was all void I was left alone to face my fate which made me home sick. I started doing some other jobs to sort out my bills. I got exposed to digital arts or would I say graphic design specifically in 2011 and I fell in love with the whole idea and design process, since I already had a passion for drawing and designs I knew I could make something pleasant out of it and also be a solution provider to some visual communication challenges. I started building up a career in the creative industry and got myself exposed more and more to creative works done by great designers, also started going for creative design seminars and also watching You-Tube videos to drill my skills. After several design attempts and advice from some senior design professionals I was advised to create a name to use as a tag for my works for representative purpose or in order words get a brand name, this gave birth to the name DEIWORKS with the first 3 letters as an acronym for my full name, Didymus Emem Imeh.

Today, the 28th of January 2014 makes it 2 years and some months in this field both professionally and otherwise. I am still looking forward to better and inspiring designs from myself and also be a source of motivation to other growing designers out there.
