Surface Tension is a video experiment exploring the medium as an evocative non-narrative visual format. Digital video manipulation multiplies the planes of imagery already present in reality through natural optical phenomena, causing obstruction, tension and disturbance. Rhythm and repetition facilitates the pace of the visuals. Together, the motion and graphics combine to guide the viewer towards a subjective interpretation of its meaning.
