Flat style is the boldest and most graphic illustration style. As the name suggests, flat style uses basic geometric shapes to create people, objects, places and even ideas. It also requires thoughtful application of color and tone to delineate shapes in delightful and interesting ways. Considering the following guidelines when crafting flat style illustrations became more easy. -Shapes - Grid - Drawing -Color - Texture
All these characters in the frames played an important role to understand the subject not only to me but also to the target market. I completely enjoyed making all characters as it has its own charm and beauty which I have seen in the rally. All the frames hold a story which I have experienced before. Hence, I have placed the in the cover page with the Gudhi and a typographic layout of
“ ShobhaYatra ” also the characters which perfectly enhances the frames.

Media: For this book I have created 12’ by 12’ frames. 1 front page 1 write up and assignment frames 5 total- 7 frames. I have chosen square shaped frames to suit the geometric Shapes of the characters.
