The cheerful and optimistic Spanish way of life as the result of our customs and traditions is a central part of our essence. And, with this project, we wanted to bring it to the heart of Madrid in the shape of a flamenco show-dinner that goes beyond stereotypes and turns the best of our culture into a vibrant and surprising journey.

We expected the brand to bring a new vision of flamenco. A brand that doesn’t represent it just as a show, but as an experience you can listen, see, taste and feel. A celebration of our folklore, which is at the same time the core of the brand personality, and the essence of the new name for the show-dinner, OléOlá, inspired in the most authentic and international Spanish expression (“olé”).

The starting point to create the visual identity were all the details of this cultural legacy we’re paying tribute: the wordmark is based on the tilde of the “ñ” and also on the natural movement of the typical flamenco dresses; the colours try to enhance the joy and vitality of the whole experience: and the visual system, with the arch as its key element, works as a “window” from which we can communicate and show everything that’s happening in the theatre. It’s the same arch we find in many of our landmarks, squares, and even in the theatre itself. And it embodies the same essence we find in all the brand assets. The one that will upgrade these exciting and passionate flamenco nights.
