The bedroom has the most beautiful and softest light. It's really nice and comfortable to wake up in the morning or relax in the afternoon. We wanted a simple lifestyle, but something of real quality. It touched on the theme of materials. The closest to humans are natural materials. They are tactile and pleasant, give the desired feeling of calmness and comfort. Even if they are not too stable. But this is their peculiarity - to develop and change with you.
In the apartment there is a lot of built-in furniture, hidden functionality. This makes the space visually clean, relaxing to the eye. So you can relax without thinking about order. At heart, we're pretty minimalist. We don't have a lot of stuff. And so the finishes are pretty neutral. We chose a minimal color palette. But really focused on textures to add depth. Concrete and light wood. We really wanted to keep a sense of lightness and tranquility throughout the house. Keeping the materials to a minimum is a good way to do that. When you don't have a lot of materials you focus more on how detailed they are. You look over and over to see more. One of my favorite things about the house is just the light and how it changes throughout the day. You feel connected to nature and its energy.
