Gathering Reference
My goal for this project was to create a stylized prop based upon the prompt "robbery," that would be used in animation and games. I began by searching online for stylized safes and real-life safes on Pintrest, ArtStation, and Google images.
Modeling
I started with a basic concept of a medium-sized home sage. The safe was going to be fashioned on an early-to-mid-20th century style of safe. I wanted the safe, coins, and floorboards to be stylized, yet simple. The modeling was done exclusively in Blender 3D.

Materials
I wanted to keep the texture simple and somewhat stylized. I wanted simple textures that would bring out the simplicity of the style of the safe, coins, and floorboards. I used textures from a gradient palette at a resolution of 256x256.
