[mə:t] - rus. "Honey"
Мёд is residential complex of comfort-class primarily for young families. We sought to treat human in the environment with the same care, which is usually characteristic of the premium class. At the same time, the cost of a square meter preserved.
The entire ground floor is formed as a single public space: a large lounge and outdoor co-working, reception and parking for strollers.
The complete strollers parcing is equipped with a system of storage of toys and personal belongings, sound-absorbing coating of the walls.
In the elevator hall of each floor there is a convenient bench: while waiting for the elevator, resident can seat a child or place purchases.
All important furniture as the interior elements was projected by us: benches, lamps, systems of storage, etc.
We put own hook at each door, on which you can hang the bags or dog leash - the solution has a minimum cost, but greatly facilitates everyday life.
Developing project, we strive to form it at the all levels: from logo to interior elements. Residential complex "MED" include two towers different heights: 17-storey "Linden" and 9-storey "Flower". The logo designed by us is connected with building construction: the sign here embodies architecture and becomes one with it.
The AML's architecture itself is inspired by honeycombs: their appearance, structure and main value. Honeycombs have a simple form, but not a simple content - they keep all the most valuable things in the life of a bee. Visual analogy to honeycombs can be traced in the cutting of facade panels.
In 2022, the project is under construction. We are getting to the implementation public interiors.
