Stuck in a box, she sat there for years,
Grey matter shrinking & drenching in hopeless tears
She had the oxygen but could not breathe,
Universe drew signs but she could not read.
Years passed by while she grew, nothing changed outside
But an urge inside brew.
A day came when she could not fit in anymore, she could
understand the dimensions of the box no more.
She pushed the walls with all her will and might,
And just in time, she saw an outside that was full of light.
With a pounding heart, she started to walk towards the ray,
It was time to shun the night and embrace the day.
