ESP/ Nava de Francia es un pequeño pueblo del oeste de España, enclavado en la Sierra de Francia, Salamanca, una zona con un marcado carácter, donde la naturaleza juega un papel fundamental en la vida de sus habitantes. Este proyecto pretende dotarle de una identidad propia que le potencie a nivel turístico dentro de la comarca.
La tipografía se ha diseñado a partir de la que se encuentra en el Santuario de la Peña de Francia, en el ábside, rodeando el altar mayor. Es completamente original, cargada de significado, artesanal, natural, identificativa del espíritu de la sierra y de la Nava. Y junto a la tipografía un símbolo fácil de reproducir e identificar. La hoja de roble identifica perfectamente el pasiaje de la Nava, la naturaleza que la rodea, incluso su pasado carbonero...
El claim promocional “Amplía tu horizonte” nos sitúa geográficamente ya que, la Nava, por su situación, no presenta una tipología estrictamente serrana, se asienta en un espacio más abierto, poco montañoso.Es un slogan muy aspiracional (genera el deseo de...) sentarse al atardecer mirando al horizonte, hacia la Peña, descansando...
ENG/ Nava de Francia is a small village in western Spain, located in the Sierra de Francia, Salamanca, an area with a strong character, where nature plays a fundamental role in the lives of its inhabitants. This project aims to give it an identity of its own that will strengthen it as a tourist destination within the region.
The typography has been designed based on the one found in the Sanctuary of Peña de Francia, in the apse, surrounding the main altar. It is completely original, full of meaning, handcrafted, natural, identifying the spirit of the sierra and Nava. And together with the typography, it is a symbol that is easy to reproduce and identify. The oak leaf perfectly identifies the passage of Nava, the nature that surrounds it, even its charcoal-making past?
The promotional claim "Broaden your horizon" situates us geographically, as La Nava, due to its location, does not present a strictly mountainous typology, it is located in a more open space, not very mountainous... It is a very aspirational slogan (it generates the desire to...) sit at sunset looking at the horizon, towards the Peña, resting...
