Middle section of wing rib, modeled in Catia V5 in Aerospace and Sheetmetal module, airfoil NACA 0012.
First step is surface modeling in Wireframe and Surface design module.
Second step is creation of aerospace sheetmetal parametars and sheetmetal operation on the model, in this case they were web and surfacic flange operations.
Third step is to perform cut out of the structure, afterwards use Joggle operation and at last Flanged hole operation.
Finished part will look like this.
