Wilhelm Meya is a thought leader and expert in modern, indigenous language revitalization initiatives across the world. Born in Vienna, Wil grew up in Connecticut and was heavily involved in the International Club at his high school, Berkshire School in Massachusetts. On a trip to Central America during his college years, he discovered a passion for indigenous issues and causes. In 2005, he established The Language Conservancy which works with over 40 languages in four countries.
