Evanna bow. I used a white dotted pheasant feather base, overlaid with rooster feathers, to shape the bow, and faux suede lace for the fake knot.

Abby earrings. Rooster feathers and turquoise beads.

Bellatrix bow. Black and red rooster feathers and faux suede lace.

Jillian earring. Long rooster feather earring with metal, fishbone, and porcupine quill beads.

Jess bow. I used gold turkey feathers as a base for layers of auburn rooster saddle feather tips, knotted with faux suede lace. The warm hues are reminiscent of summer sunsets.

Mauria bow. I made this piece out of parrot feather clippings I got as a gift from a friend who worked for a pet grooming company. Slick and understated, the green and blue hues contrast with the darker half, topped with the soft felt faux knot.
