The project was made in collaboration with an architectural studio ILDesign. The main inspiration for the idea comes from the Odessa architect Ivan Lytvynenko. Our studio was engaged in the technical implementation, production of the entire set of drawings and visualizations for the house, as well as the design of individual rooms. We also fully participated in the architectural supervision and control over the project implementation.
A small villa near the Black Sea coast in the Spanish style. The exterior of the house is quite classic in contrast to its interior. In addition to modern interiors and furniture, we equipped the house with the most modern systems for energy saving and efficiency.
Ambience
Undoubtedly, one of the main accents in the house was a group of lamps from Bocci. A group of 21 pendant lights sets the mood in the living room both in the evening and during the day.
In addition to the usual functions of the living room, it also houses a wine room and a glass hatch that leads to the basement. On the lower level there is a games room with billiards.
Almost all bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is also a separate master block with its own bathroom and wardrobe. When designing the 2nd floor, we created a double-height space so that we could increase the amount of light in the living room and also visually expand the space in the transit area to the bedrooms.
On the first floor, in addition to the kitchen, living room and guest room with an office, there is a recreational area with a sauna. The recreational area is specially made in a different style to give the feeling of an island vacation.
