This particular job has multiple processes, beginning with digital printing, moving to foil-stamping, thermography, duplexing, and a beveled edge. Each process requires a level of consideration in order to move seamlessly through production.
Digital printing is setup on two sheets of 8.5 x 11 stock with the image centered. The actual card measures 4.125 x 5.25 however, a half inch is added on all sides to allow room for the cutter to prepare the beveled edge.
Setup for envelope + card to be thermographed with offset press operator. All artwork is rotated with short edge first, accounting for gripper room.
