The concept of a modern art museum with a bunker and underground storage. The first floor was designed exclusively as an art and lounge area. All communications and utility rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms are hidden underground.
Part of the building is hidden underground, even from the side of the facade, and organically fits into the surrounding area.
E X T E R I O R
The building is made in the form of a scroll - a spiral, an architectural motif, which is a spiral curl with a circle ("eye") in the center.
