Individual one-storey house located on a flat plot in a gated community.
The house has 4 bedrooms, one of which is a guest room, and 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and wardrobe. The center of the architecture of the whole house is the living room, which is higher than all the others, and panoramic glazing with a height of 5 m. Covered parking for cars is adjacent to the entrance group of the house, thereby the canopy smoothly flows into the overall architecture of the house.
The peculiarity of this project is minimalism in a modern style and the integration of the house into the environment. The correct proportions of the house, a harmonious combination with nature and maximum naturalness of decoration make such architecture relevant for a long time.

Индивидуальный одноэтажный дом, расположенный на ровном участке в закрытом коттеджном поселке.
В доме расположено 4 спальни, одна из которых гостевая, и 4 санузла. Мастер-спальня имеет свой санузел и гардероб. Центром архитектуры всего дома является помещение гостиной, которое выше, чем все остальные, и панорамное остекление высотой 5м. Крытая парковка для машин прилегает к входной группе дома, тем самым навес плавно перетекает в общую архитектуру дома.
Особенностью данного проекта является – минимализм в современном стиле и интеграция дома в окружающую среду. Правильные пропорции дома, гармоничное сочетание с природой и максимальная естественность отделки делают такую архитектуру актуальное долгое время.
