"Asphalt" is the title of this artwork, which I made for the 2019 Associazione Tapirulan Illustration Contest. 

It was my first time participating in a contest, and although I didn't even get through the first selection I was, and I am, still very happy to have tried.

The theme was SUPER, and I think there's nothing more heroic than a flower growing through asphalt. Nature overcomes every limit even in the cracks of a sidewalk...
