This project is located in a sunny valley covered with winding serpentines - Georgia, Ortabatumi. The multi-level architecture is due to the relief of the site, and due to the high location of the house, the windows of the room offer a view of the boundless mountains and the landscape of Georgia. An important task was to provide each room with excellent lighting, and the terraces around the perimeter will be able to give residents maximum pleasure, meeting the sunrise and seeing off the sunset every day.
As a result, it turned out that each living room has at least 2-3 hours of sunlight, thanks to the correct orientation and configuration of the house itself.
A visual image of a three-block floating cantilever house was formed, which effectively lay on the existing relief and landscape, and the wood-like finish harmonizes well with the surroundings.
Structurally, the house consists of the main 1st block, which includes a kitchen-dining-living room, children's bedrooms and a master bedroom. The intermediate 2nd block includes a through entrance group, which leads to the back of the courtyard, where there is a terrace, a shower room and those rooms. The 3rd block is purely residential, includes a nursery, a guest room and a personal office, with a seating area and access to a private cantilever terrace with a canopy.
On the back of the house, on the terrace, there is a seating area by the garden, combined with a dining area on the street. Also, another terrace runs along the entire facade of the 1st main block, so that in the morning you can enjoy the sunrise and mountain views. The cantilever architectural canopy on the main facade of the house allows you to comfortably arrive by car, leave it under the house and get to the entrance via the landscape staircase.
