I designed the diagram for Anastasia Mleko’s installation called Monogenocene what was exhibited at the Grounding exhibition in the Dokuchaev Museum of Soil in Saint Petersburg. The diagram on the one hand atomises conceptual, scientific, linguistic and political layers crossing and entangled with each other resulted in desertification and increase in carbon dioxide. On the other it shows a scenario of what would happen if another concepts such as symbiogenesis or evo-devo would be taken for granted. What would be the other variables of conceptual, scientific, linguistic and political layers and how it could mitigate the climate change?
