Update: The first image of this series receive an honorable mention in the 2022 IPA International Photography Awards and an Honorable Mention in the 2023 International Color Awards! I was also named one of the "200 Best Digital Artists" of 2023 by Lürzer's Archive, with image #5 in the series.
These are the first renders / composites of an ongoing personal project called the "Starlight Falls Motel." Each room in the motel has a story to tell and my friend Natasha King was kind enough to model for Room #3. Natasha is the only part of the project that is not CGI and was photographed in my home studio.
This is the first time I've created something to this scale and with this much detail. I wanted the motel to look like it was built in the 60's but has been neglected over the years. Once a place for "honeymooners", now the perfect place to hide from the world, if you can survive the night.
