The challenge was to come up with some out-of-the-box concepts to use as social ads to promote our local sports coverage. I was asked to "Just come up with something that people aren't expecting..."  

These were two of the best performing sports ads in company history in terms of generated subscriptions and customer acquisition cost. People often like the weird and/or ridiculous and unexpected.
