This project was designed in third year at FADA.
The brief was to brand a company called "These Nuts" and design the packaging.
The idea behind my packaging was to create a package that is easy to use with no fuss. I designed the box to easily slide open and close by simply pushing the peanut shape underneath the box.
When opened the box forms a perfect peanut shape where the opening is, and a quirky quote is revealed.
The theme behind this design is a circus/retro theme. This is because peanuts remind me of visiting the circus as a child. My packaging reflects the busy, exciting, and energetic atmosphere of a circus which also has a very retro appeal to it.
