Tullamore Dew | Role: Experiential Marketing Manager
- Conduct ongoing analysis of KPIs, key metrics, and sales to ensure event performance while identifying root causes and drivers.
- Develop and manage internal communication plans including post-event feedback and creation of any internal or externally facing presentations.
- Perform competitor research, organize marketing databases, update internal team website/communication platforms, and support brand ambassadors as needed.
- Manage registration and sponsorships, shipping logistics for booths and sales collateral, hotel room blocks, event staff schedules, onsite setup, and teardown.
- Work with the client's internal team on event planning, venue booking, ordering equipment, resource materials, onsite logistics, and generating talking points.
- Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with on-site partners to ensure event execution.
- Collaborate ideas and offer input on the strategic and creative direction of experiential programs to activate marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate brand engagement on various social media platforms.
- Regularly communicate key dates, campaign calendars, budgets, and updates with stakeholders to ensure products and marketing collateral meet expectations and deadlines.
