Atlanta Falcons wide-body Calvin Ridley was suspended after the 2021 game at least for the 2022 season.

The NFL published a statement on Monday in which he announced his suspension that Ridley had played on games over a five-day reindeer in November 2021, when he was on the list of non-football injuries to treat his mental health.

Ridley walked away from football on Halloween and said he had to put his personal life in order.

In a series of tweets on Monday after announcing the suspension, Ridley said he was betting a total of $1,500 and that "I have no gambling problem."
