"What makes you happy?"

This question seems to be easy to answer. You can say things, food, people, places, or just what you enjoy doing that actually put a smile on your face.

But have you ever wondered how deep this question is? Happiness, as defined by dictionaries, is 'the state of being happy'

But does the definition stop there? Is it everything about happiness? Is it really what a person has thought or felt?

As a human, a person loving and being loved by someone, we experience different kinds of emotions. There are times we got angry because of certain expectations, also we felt hatred towards that unfulfilled moments. Of course, if we are having those negative feelings, we are also lucky enough to experience positive light, which we felt cared or concern to someone with the decisions they are making or trying to come up with, and also, this when felt proud to someone who is slowly recovering or achieving things they wanted in life.

But have you ever wondered that those emotions we have mentioned, in the end, fall into happiness? On the way around, different courses are still undergoing in our life that will make us happy.

Remember that any reason you have for being happy, for smiling. It is all valid as such emotions exist for us to feel and enjoy all the time. We don't need to overthink every moment where we felt happy as doing things we love, spending time with our loved ones, eating food that we craved for, and even just smiling widely because we felt that we wanted to smile.

Do whatever makes you put that line on your lips, cause we humans and a person only have things we wanted or needed on extended time, let us not waste it by contemplating on the other factors that "what if" might happen if we continue what we are doing just to be happy.

Because after all, the "real happiness lies what your heart makes you feel."
