The form was inspired by Louise Nevelson. I found many objects that can be recycled. They are not fixed into a position so that I can change at any time. It may seem like a film, as the objects are moved,  the new relationships create new emotions or themes. It is an art form entirely based on movement — but in a different way. Black emphasizes the viewer's experience of mystery, power, and authority, and produces feelings of emptiness and sadness.

Further Exploration

I capture the interaction of light and shadow within the artwork as lighting is crucial to support the meaning of the artwork. The contours, textures and shapes of the subject matter the function of each component loses its value. As the light changes, the viewers may feel that they and the sculpture are alive, this deepens their connection to the work.

Thanks :))
